The SizeGenetics™ System is actually the one I've used for my own penis enlargement which in a way resulted in this website. If I've to do it all over again I'll still go with the SizeGenetics™.

The SizeGenetics™ is what is commonly known as a traction device. It works by stretching the tissues that made up the penis. As it stretches the penis, the Corpus Spongiosum, Corpora Cavernosa and Tunica Albuginea are forced to stretch accordingly and adjust to the new length.
This in turn causes the veins and arteries to grow in size to cope with the increased blood flow, which helps increased the sensitivity and better and bigger erections.

Using it easy enough. Just wear it and let it stretches the penis for 2-3 hours a day. Initially, it felt weird and takes a little getting use to, having something there. Nothing really unpleasant, just an awareness something's different. However, after around 1-2 hours, you wouldn't notice it there.
Same thing the next day as you put it on, slight uneasiness for a while then it goes unnoticed. By the third day I hardly notice it until I remembered it, basically just wear and forget from then on. A lot of time I even totally forgotten about it and failed to remove it until much later!
